1. IAHCSMM and CBSPD Approval Codes will be given after seminar
2. IAHCSMM members who are not also CCSA members will be charged the non-member fee
3. Walk-in fees must be paid in exact cash, money order or credit card
4. All fees must be received prior to the seminar to avoid walk-in charge
5. Complete seminar is worth 4 hours continuing education credit
6. Attendees who leave early will receive credit only for presentations actually attended, please make travel arrangements accordingly
